Si está recibiendo prestaciones por desempleo en cualquier país de la Unión Europea o del Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE) o en Suiza, puede seguir recibiéndolas en cualquier otro país del EEE (por ejemplo, España) mientras busca trabajo aquí. Sin embargo, hay que cumplir ciertos requisitos:

Se deducirá del primer pago del subsidio una cantidad equivalente a 10 días y se abonará con el último pago. Durante la percepción del subsidio, el trabajador cotizará a la Seguridad Social por el 100% del importe de la paga correspondiente, que se deducirá de la prestación.
